मानव अधिकार, लोकतान्त्रिक मूल्यमान्यता र कानूनी शासनको जगमा निकास निकाल्न उचित हुने
मुलुकमा विद्यमान सङ्कटपूर्ण परिस्थितिमा राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोग सम्माननीय राष्ट्रपति श्री रामचन्द्र पौडेलसँग सम्पर्कमा रहेको छ ।
मानव अधिकार, लोकतान्त्रिक मूल्यमान्यता र कानूनी शासनको अवधारणाको जगमा निकास निकाल्न उचित हुने धारणा सम्माननीय राष्ट्रपतिसमक्ष आयोगले राखेको छ ।
सम्माननीय राष्ट्रपतिबाट मानव अधिकार, लोकतन्त्र, शान्ति स्थापना र कानूनी शासनको रक्षार्थ आवश्यक कार्य हुने आयोगको दृढ विश्वास रहेको छ ।
साथै, वर्तमान परिस्थितिका विषयमा अन्य सरोकारवाला पक्षहरुसँग समेत आयोग निरन्तर सम्पर्कमा रहेको छ ।

A solution should be sought based on human rights, democratic values, and the rule of law
Amid the current critical situation in the country, the National Human Rights Commission is in communication with the Rt.Hon. President Mr. Ram Chandra Poudel.
The Commission has conveyed to the President that it would be appropriate to find a solution grounded in the principles of human rights, democratic values, and the rule of law.
The Commission holds a firm belief that the President will take the appropriate steps to protect human rights, democracy, the establishment of peace and the rule of law in the country.
Additionally, the Commission is in continuous communication with other concerned stakeholders regarding the current situation.
